Welcome to the registration form, please follow the steps indicated below to complete the three (3) forms for registration.

 

Step 1: Ride Entry Form

- This form will contain all your details for the Horse, Ride entry and for the Rider.

1.1) Kindly complete the first section (Rider Details), Select "next",

1.2) Then complete the second section (Horse Details) Select "next",

1.3) Then complete the third section (Ride Information) then select "Submit",

NB: Please write down the Entry fee amount for the distance you are entering to add to your payment after the Accommodation form at the end.

Step 2: Indemnity Form

2.1) This will then lead you to the Indemnity form that needs to be completed, then select "Submit"

NB: Please use the same Name and surname on all the forms.

Step 3: Accommodation Form

3.1) This will then take you to the Accommodation Form to book your accommodation and meal options. 

NB: Please note that there is a restaurant on Tantebane that will be open during certain times, however as there could be a large volume of visitors orders might take longer then usual.

Please write down the amount selected for accommodation and meal options to add to the payment page after submitting the "accommodation form"

Payments will be:

- Ride distance entry amount.

-Accommodation amount.

-Meal option amount
